What We Do Not Take On
We don't do new commercial rollup installs on warehouse-grade doors - that's a different set of hardware and a different crew than residential sectional work. We also don't touch structural framing or header repair; if the opening itself is out of square or the header's rotted, that's a carpenter's job before it's ever a garage door job, and we'll tell you that straight instead of forcing a door into a bad frame.
On openers, we work on standard residential chain, belt, and screw-drive units. We don't stock parts for obsolete or specialty smart-home integrations that require manufacturer-locked boards - if your opener needs a part only the original installer can source, we'll say so rather than take the job and stall on a part.
Cold-climate insulation retrofits on doors older than the opener itself sometimes aren't worth doing at all. With a service area sitting in a cold-moderate climate band, a door built in the early 90s without foam core insulation usually costs more to retrofit than to replace outright, and we'll walk you through that math instead of selling insulation panels that won't pay back.
The Areas We Cover
We run calls out from Marysville proper across a service area built around roughly 84,687 households, with about 50,164 of those owner-occupied houses - the driveways, garages, and openers we're actually working on day to day. That includes Lochsloy and North Lakewood a few miles out, Arlington and Riverside a bit further, and on out through Lake Goodwin, Machias, Canyon Creek, Granite Falls, Silvana, Arlington Heights, and Warm Beach.
Further out we cover Snohomish, Three Lakes, Langley, Clinton, Mukilteo, and Stanwood, and at the edge of the run - up to about 20 miles - Lake Stickney, Silver Firs, Camano, Picnic Point, Cathcart, Martha Lake, Lake Ketchum, Monroe, Woods Creek, Freeland, Alderwood Manor, Maltby, and Conway. Median household income across this service area runs around $106,164, which shows up in the kind of repair calls we get - owners who'd rather fix a torsion spring right than patch it twice. Get in touch if your address falls anywhere in that range and we'll tell you straight whether it's a same-visit fix or something bigger.
